BACKGROUND

For several years, our ministry has been establishing churches in various
communities across the Bautista Saavedra and Franz Tamayo provinces. 
As a result, there are now several local workers and pastors-in-training 
overseeing the churches in these areas.

To equip these local workers for pastoral service, we decided to hold Bible
study seminars for the leaders in charge of the established churches. We also
resolved to issue credentials to those who complete the courses, which will be
conducted on various occasions throughout this year and the next.

OBJECTIVE

To provide pastoral and theological training to the local workers and pastors-in-training 
who oversee the churches established in the Bautista Saavedra and Franz Tamayo provinces.

ACTIVITY CARRIED OUT

Planning for the venue and logistics began one month in advance; 
it was decided to hold the event in the community of Charazani. 
We invited all local workers leading churches in the Bautista Saavedra 
and Franz Tamayo provinces; pastors from more than 10 churches 
participated in the seminar.

We also collected supplies and dry rations to feed the pastors, 
distributed a donation of 40 blankets, arranged accommodation, 
and coordinated with instructors from the city of La Paz to travel to Charazani 
to conduct the three-day seminar, which comprised over 40 academic hours.

Sixteen pastors and workers participated in this seminar, and fourteen passed the course. 
By the grace of the Lord, we were able to cover the costs for food, transportation, 
accommodation, and instruction associated with this activity. This is not the only activity
planned; we have three more seminars scheduled so that, upon completion of the course, the 
pastors may receive their "novice pastor" credentials issued by the denomination.
